A Traffic is measured in one-minute units. Each unit started is chargeable. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Telenor is the service provider for the Red Bull MOBILE brand in Hungary. The use of the Red Bull Mobile Access tariff package is subject to a recurring fee. The recurring fee enables the Subscriber to access the Red Bull MOBILE internet portal during the given prepaid cycle without simultaneously using another active data package or data balance. The recurring fee is deducted on the first day of each cycle (due date). If the prepaid balance is insufficient, the Subscriber may only access the Red Bull MOBILE internet portal to the debit of another active data package or the data balance. If the prepaid balance is appropriately topped up during a cycle, the recurring fee is deducted during the given cycle, providing a flat fee domestic access to the portal. Browsing the Red Bull MOBILE mobile portal, downloading certain content and using Red Bull TV are not charged against the data quota included in your tariff package when topping up. Domestic access to the Red Bull MOBILE internet portal, the portal's content and the downloading thereof within the network of the Service Provider using the online (wap) access point are available against the recurring flat fee charged for accessing the portal. If the recurring fee cannot be deducted, Red Bull's mobile internet portal may only be accessed using another active data package or against the data balance. Certain content on the Red Bull MOBILE internet portal are subject to a fee over and above the recurring fee. Such content and the related fees are indicated on the Red Bull MOBILE internet portal. The use of the applications installed on the handset (e.g. Red Bull Music Academy Radio, Red Bull Hot Spot Viewer) as well as the downloading of other applications from Android Market and Ovi Store and the use of such involve data traffic and may only be used against the data balance provided when topping up or, if the Subscriber has a Mobile Internet service package, the data quota included in the package. Once these are used up, the relevant fees apply. The legal relationship of subscription is established for a fixed term of 90 days, effective as of the date of confirmation as defined in sections 2.1.3.-2.1.5. of the General Terms and Conditions. If the balance is not recharged by the date of the expiration of the fixed term, the Subscription Contract is terminated and the prepaid balance is cancelled.
